The tiers are sewn together to create a voluminous petticoat shape, and is fully reversible, so that you can have the net side showing or the smoother side, which is perfect for wearing with our slinky Marilyn Monroe dresses. Delicate pretty lace edging at the lining and a frill net egde on the skirt means that you can wear it under any prom dress allowing it to peep out from under the hem adding that touch of sophistication. You can also wear this as a rockabilly skirt on it's own as is not see through at all.
